New to the club and relatively new to Pickleball. Hoping to utilize the Discussion Board to help me learn more about the game. I noticed most members do not have a rating shown, either self-rating, or club-rating, and was wondering why that is so?
I have been playing with various players, through Playtime Scheduler, that list themselves as 2.5 or 3.0 players, however they exhibit skills listed in the IPF 3.5 Rating Description. Is this a matter of players not knowing the rating skills or not wanting to play with players who are better than they are? I always felt playing against better players is what helped make you better.
I would welcome some feedback that some of you more experienced players may have!
