I have noticed drill sessions for 2.0 players and some for 3.5 players, but where does a 3.0 player (self-rated) go to work on drills to make the move toward being a 3.5 rated player?

Sorry to reply to my own message, but this is a follow-on question...How stringent is the rating requirement on the drill sessions that pop up? For instance, can a self-rated 3.0 come to a drill session that says you must be a 3.25 to attend?
