Registration for the Huntsville Pickleball Club Charity Tournament for (WOC and Meals on Wheels) is open. The tournament will be held at the Madison Crossroads Community Center, 11329 Pulaski Pike, Toney, Alabama 35773, on December 28th 2019, starting at 9:00 am. The last day to register is December 10, 2019. You do not need to be a member of HPC to participate in the tournament. Each participant must register and pay separately. Official USAPA & IFP rule changes for 2019.
The 2019 USAPA and IFP rules for 2019 have been published. These rules will be effective on February 15, 2019.

Our Annual club meeting will be held on February 3, 2019.
Our Annual pickleball club meeting will be held on February 3, 2019 at the Fern Bell Recreation Center. The meeting will be called to order at 1:30 pm.
You must be a member and be present at the annual meeting to vote on the proposed Executive Committee members and proposed changes to our By-laws and Policies and Rules.
Berachah Gym will be closed the first week in January 2019
The Berachah Gym will be closed January 1st through the 4th of 2019 for floor refinishing. Plans are to have the gym open for play by January 7th, dependent upon getting access to re-tape the floors.
City of Huntsville Pickleball Opportunities
The city of Huntsville has made open family time pickleball play available at the Berachah Gym on Friday evenings from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
They also have open pickleball training at Max Luther every Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Closures for Veterans Day
In recognition of Veterans Day, ALL Huntsville City gyms will be closed on Monday November 12, 2018.
Some time slots for Pickleball will no longer be available.
Due to the upcoming basketball season, the following court times are no longer available to us:
Fern Bell – Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Optimist – Wednesday evening and Sunday.
Facility closings due to floor refinishing.
Fern Bell will be closed October 28th through November 6th for floor refinishing. Members playing please remove tape from both gyms after play on October 27th.
Optimist will be closed October 29th through November 6th for floor refinishing. Members playing please remove tape after play on October 28th.
Brahan Springs will be closed October 30th through November 6th for floor refinishing. Members playing please remove tape after play on October 29th.
Berachah Gym will be closed October 31st through November 6th for floor refinishing. Members playing please remove tape after play on October 30th.
